Terms and Conditions
About these terms.
These terms apply to your use of Helen Taylor’s website and purchases of the services and digital products described on it. Contact Helen at helen@helentaylor.com.au or 0405 751 098 with questions about an offer, appointment or order.
Services and personal development.
Inspiration & Guidance Sessions provide personal guidance and exploration. They include reference to your Human Design or Gene Keys Profile for insight and clarity, and a PSYCH-K balance. These services, the workbook and group conversations are for personal development and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. No particular outcome is guaranteed.
Payments and appointments.
Purchase through the payment link for the offer you choose. Review the product, total price, currency and terms shown before paying. Payment alone does not reserve an appointment. Arrange and confirm the appropriate appointment with Helen separately. Free-conversation bookings are completed through the linked calendar; submitting an enquiry does not by itself confirm a booking.
Four-session package.
The Inspiration & Guidance Sessions Package includes four private sessions. All four sessions must be used within 60 days from the purchase of the first session. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.
Helen does not offer cancellations or refunds for a change of mind on purchased private sessions or session packages. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice; contact Helen to arrange a different time. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. Contact Helen with your order details and a description of the problem.
Digital products.
The Removing Resistance Workbook and My Return To Love eBook are separate purchases. Use digital materials for your own personal reading and reflection. Do not reproduce, distribute or resell them without the relevant rights holder’s permission, except as permitted by law. If you have trouble accessing a purchase, contact Helen with your order details.
The workbook’s optional session.
A workbook purchaser can request an optional one-hour session with Helen for an additional $66 by contacting her within 60 days of workbook purchase. This session is a separate purchase, not included free in the workbook price. Contact Helen to confirm eligibility and arrange payment and a time.
Website use and third-party services.
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation. Links to payment, scheduling, video-meeting and media platforms take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. External links do not constitute a guarantee of those platforms’ availability. This clause does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and concerns.
