About this policy.
Helen Taylor manages personal information relating to enquiries, bookings, purchases and services. Contact Helen at helen@helentaylor.com.au or 0405 751 098 with any questions about how your information is handled.
Information we handle.
The kinds of personal information Helen may handle include:
- Contact form submissions — your name, email, enquiry type and message, and a separate optional marketing preference.
- Booking details provided through Calendly directly (bookings for a free conversation are made through Calendly; there is no free-conversation form on this website).
- Records relating to purchases, appointments and correspondence, including payment confirmations and appointment times.
- Your birth date, birth time and birthplace, where you provide them for a Human Design or Gene Keys profile.
- Session notes and recordings, where a session or gathering is recorded.
Why we use your information.
Helen uses personal information to:
- respond to your enquiries and arrange the services you request;
- prepare your Human Design or Gene Keys profile, where you provide the relevant details;
- manage orders, appointments and related records;
- provide session recordings to the appropriate recipients for that session;
- and send newsletters, where you have opted in.
Storage.
Helen currently keeps session notes and recordings securely on her computer. She plans to use her CRM to store client records and recordings in future.
Third-party platforms.
Different services are provided through linked platforms, each with its own privacy practices. Website contact enquiries use Helen’s CRM; appointments are arranged through Calendly; payments are processed through Stripe; and online meetings are held on Zoom. These platforms have their own terms and privacy practices.
Website analytics.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited and how visitors found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. The information collected may include your IP address, which Google may process to derive an approximate location, and may be transferred to and stored on Google’s servers, which may be located outside Australia. You can review Google’s privacy practices and manage settings through the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or your browser’s cookie settings. Contact Helen if you have questions about analytics use.
Recordings of sessions and gatherings.
Individual sessions and Heaven on Earth gatherings may be recorded. Recordings are kept securely and shared with the appropriate recipients for that session or gathering. Contact Helen before participating if you have questions about recording or sharing.
Your choices.
You can request access to, or correction or deletion of, your notes or records at any time by contacting Helen. Deletion requests may be subject to records Helen is required to retain by law.
Newsletter.
Where you opt in, newsletters are sent through Helen’s CRM. Consent is optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time or contact Helen to stop receiving them. Consent is not compulsory to use the website or services.
